On September 17, the second Trial Preparatory Date for Yang Hyun-suk, who was indicted on charges of retaliation under the Specific Crime Weighted Punishment Act, was held in the 23rd Division of Criminal Settlement (chief judge Yoo Young-geun) of the Seoul Central District Court in Seocho-gu, Seoul.
The court finalized the Trial preparation process and designated November 5 as the first Trial date.
