On May 5, the 23rd Division of the Criminal Settlement of the Seoul Central District Court conducted the first Trial on charges of violating the law on the punishment of specific crimes by Yang Hyun-suk (Blackmail – Cinémix Par Chloé).
Yang Hyun-suk is accused of Blackmail – Cinémix Par Chloé to let aspiring singer Han Seo-hee, who accused YG Entertainment entertainer Mamdouh Elsbiay of buying Drug, change his statement in Police.
On that day, Yang Hyun-suk entered the courtroom to avoid reporters. Yang Hyun-suk is accused of having been informed that Whistle Blower Han Seo-hee had told Police that kim han-bin’s Drug had been reported, and of having ordered Han Seo-hee to be called to YG office to overturn the statement. In particular, the charge of blackmail - Cinémix Par Chloé by hierarchy was added, saying, 'It is not a job to kill one in the entertainment industry.'
In response, Yang Hyun-suk The Attorney denied all charges and pleaded not guilty. Yang Hyun-suk is right to meet Han but not Blackmail – Cinémix Par Chloé or any coercion; Yang Hyun-suk agreed.
Earlier, Whistle Blower Han was also accused of violating the Drug Control Act in 2016. Police, who was the first Susa to Mr. Han at the time, attended Innocent Witness. Innocent Witness said that Han had been caught in the context of trading Drug with Mamdouh Elsbiay on social media at the time.

A phone transcript of Han Seo-hee and Innocent Witness in 2019 was also released. According to the transcript, Innocent Witness persuaded Han Seo-hee to interview one media outlet. Innocent Witness said, "At that time, Han Seo-hee said, 'Yang Hyun-suk would have shut up if he gave 500 million won', and 'Yang Hyun-suk would be ruined. I said, 'I hate you,'" he added.
Since then, confirmation of facts such as Han Seo-hee's arrest Sigi and release Sigi has been carried out, and it was confirmed that Han Seo-hee reversed Mamdouh Elsbiay's statement about Drug in the third investigation after his release.
