NBA star Tristan Thompson, 30, of the Sacramento Kings, is not keeping his promise of support for his child as he has been nailed for having a son after having an affair.
Page Six's 14th (local time) report said that Marley Nichols, who has a two-month-old son with Thompson, claimed Thompson did nothing to support his son.
"Thompson did nothing to support his son," Nichols' deputy Harvey England told Page Six, "and he made no attempt to meet his son and did not provide any financial support."
The statement came after reports that Thompson could pay $40,000 in child support to Marley and her son each.
Thompson had an affair with personal trainer Nichols while dating model Chloe Kardashian, and Nichols had a son late last year: The sea, which was identified as a paternity after a court battle.
Going to the paternity lawsuit, Thompson told Kardashian through SNS that the child that Nichols had borne was his blood, "You should not be humiliated by the pain and humiliation of the heart I caused you. I admire you most and love you. I don't care what you think. Again, I'm so sorry." There's a three-year-old Tru between them.
Thompson also said he would play a role as a father to Nichols and his son.
Thompson, meanwhile, also has a five-year-old son, Prince, with his ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig.
