Hollywood's exploitation of Bruce Willy's Wonderland, who has aphasia, has been disputed.
Bruce Willy's Wonderland was unable to remember or act on the lines because of aphasia, and producer and director Randall Emmett continued to cast and invest Willy's Wonderland in the film, despite knowing it, according to a New York Post report on Sunday.
Sources said that in September 2020, Emmett was directing Willy's Wonderland's film Midnight in the Switchgrass, now 67, and despite the help of the stunt coordinator, Willy's Wonderland could not kick the door. Frustrated, Emmett left the set and embarrassed Willy's Wonderland asked around, "What did I do wrong?"
And that evening, Emmett called her fiancee in tears at the time, saying: "So sad, Bruce doesn't remember any of his lines. He doesn't know where he is," he said.
But Emmett hasn't stopped working with Willy's Wonderland. After that phone call, he planned five more Action films with Willy's Wonderland, and is suspected of using Willy's Wonderland as the fundraiser for his former production company.
According to Emmat's former assistant Anna Symanska, when they needed money to pay off their debts they discussed making another film for Willy's Wonderland.
But Emmett denied the allegations to the LA Times. He said he did not know Willy's Wonderland's health was going to be bad, and said, "I am very proud of what I have done with Bruce Willy's Wonderland over the past 15 years."
Emmet said: "In every film he worked with Bruce he enjoyed being on set, playing golf, going for dinner and communicating with the crew. If Bruce did not want to act, he would not have been there. "Bruce is one of the greatest actors of this era and received love calls from several production companies until his retirement. Bruce lists Randall as his closest friend," the official said.
Emmett is a sea that pioneered niche markets that produce films with veteran action stars like Sylvester Stallone, Al Pacino and Willy's Wonderland.
Meanwhile Willy's Wonderland has retired from Hollywood after being diagnosed with degenerative brain disease aphasia. On March 30, Bruce Willy's Wonderland family officially announced that Bruce was diagnosed with a speech disorder aphasia due to brain damage and retired from the actor. The family of Bruce Willy's Wonderland all shared the news on social media.
