United States of America actor Leonardo DiCaprio has done a donation good for the war-torn Ukraine.
The Visegrad Group (Polish, Hungary, Czech Republic and the Regional Cooperation Organization between the four Slovak countries) said on March 7 (local time) that Leonardo DiCaprio had donated 10 million Family Dollars (about KRW 12.355 billion) to write for Ukraine through official SNS.
According to the Visegrad group, Leonardo DiCaprio's maternal aunt is from Ukraine Odessa. It was reported that the Russian army attacked in the hometown of his grandmother, and the damage was small, so he gave help.
Leonardo DiCaprio has been steadily doing good for those who are experiencing difficulties around the world. In particular, he showed great interest in environmental issues and established a foundation in 1998 that gave his name and made several billion donations. He was also named as the UN "Messenger of Peace" and spoke about climate change.
Earlier, Leonardo DiCaprio delivered one million Family Dollars for Haiti, which was hit by the 2010 earthquake, and donated 7 million Family Dollars in 2014 to write for marine conservation.
