Kim Min-jung earlier claimed that WIP had not faithfully fulfilled its obligations as a management company during the Exclusive contract, and that the Exclusive contract had already ended in March last year.
WIP said, "After Kim Min-jung and Exclusive contract, there is no violation of contractual obligations once. We will continue to take an active stance to resolve differences over the extension of the Exclusive contract with Kim Min-jung. "
