The final vote of the 2022 Passion Song Contest, which will cover the top of the most popular songs among the many albums released by Kakao Entertainment's music platform Melon, will be held until the 6th of next month.
Melon held the first round of the 2022 Passion Song Daejeon event, which was recommended for songs that had not been noticed because of the title song from the 1st to the 19th of this month. The event was a hot topic among domestic music fans with a recommendation of 33 million in the first day of the opening day, and eventually finished with a high recommendation of 4.87 million.
The final vote of the 2022 Passion song Daejeon will be conducted for the top 10 songs recommended most in the first round.
In the first round of voting, Lim Young-woong's song Follow the song of What's the Junghundi released in January 2017 topped the list with 539,867 votes. In the second place, Kim Ho-jung's first regular album My Way of My Family took the lead, and Lee Chan-won's mini album ..Gift's Going to Meet You took the third place, making the trot genre's songs all the top 1st to 3rd place. In addition, Yeongtak's Cherry Blossom Play of Love also ranked ninth, with a total of four songs in the TOP10 trot genre.
In the fourth place, the song Mikrokosmos, which was released by BTS in April 2019 by the mini album MAP OF THE SOUL: PERSONA, was ranked the highest among idol groups. Mikrokosmos contains warm eyes, courage and comforting messages about people and features a three-quarters-beat rock pop genre that is easy to sing along.

As with the first round of voting, paid members can be recommended five times a day and free members can be recommended once a day. The final results of '2022 Passion Song Daejeon' will be announced on May 9th.
