Stoker, a 50-year-old man who has been harassing actor and businessman Kwak Jin-young for about four years, has been arrested.
The Seoul Southern District Prosecutor's Office recently indicted Gomo, who has been harassing Kwak Jin-young for many years, on charges of intrusion, defamation, obstruction of business, promotion of information and communication network use and violation of information protection. The judge dedicated to the warrant issued an arrest warrant to Ko, judging that there was a risk of escape and destruction of evidence.
