Jung Woo-sung "I always thank Tuppakki for everything I have given because I have not had it from the beginning."
I met Jung Woo-sung, who showed off his realistic Acting and human charm by Acting Tae-Young, an immigration officer who plans the last tang because of his lover who left a huge debt in his future in 'Beasts who want to catch straw'. Jung Woo-sung, who twisted slightly to avoid facing the front, but looked straight in the eye when talking, sometimes seemed to be alert, but suddenly he was pushed into the Interview with a frank statement that turned his insides upside down.
Q. What was the reason for her decision to appear in “The Animals Who Want to Hold the Spray”?
After hearing the casting story of A. Jeon Do-yeon, the presence of 'play' that Jeon Do-yeon acted in the scenario was good. There is a thirst in the industry that there are not many movies centered on female Actors, and it seemed to be a good movie in this sense. I thought that if I did 'Tae-Young' better than the greed of Actor, Balance would be set and a good movie would come out. In the scenario, the stories of people standing in front of money bags were dense. It was good to have a Kahaani composition that shows their story and makes them understand enough, not to deal with the desire for money.
Q. Have you seen the original novel?
A. I didn’t read it because I thought I was going to have a preconceived idea about the scenario.
Q. The 'Tae-Young' I imagined before watching the movie seemed to be heavier, helpless, and darker, but the appearance in the movie was quite awkward, iron-free, even cheerful.
A. In the scenario, I saw a loophole in “Tae-Young.” I wanted to highlight it, a dark story, but a little lighter, and a target of compassion. The people who were materially destitute and forced into the cliffs are not evil people, and when I think about whether to look at them evil and dark, I think it is not so, so I caught the character lightly. When I saw my Acting on the first shot, the director and staff were embarrassed. Shouldn't Jung Woo-sung be cooler for them? I think there was a desire to go heavier. I talked a lot about the character with the director, and I dragged the tone and manners.
Q. “Can’t you see me on your face?” was so funny. Was this Thuppakki in the original scenario?
A. Adlib. It’s a very distant relative of the conversation partner, and I’ve just thrown it because I have to make him on my side somehow.
Q. How was your work with the expected Jeon Do-yeon?
A. Both were sorry. I talked about whether I would work more fun if I met with a work that took longer breaths. It seems that this movie has been an opportunity for the audience to check the Acting breathing of the two Actors and to wait for the next work. Tuppakki is responsible for the love, love and responsibility of the work, as a female Actor continues to become a big Actor for a long time in one field. It was nice to be able to confirm it directly, so it became an Actor with more affection.
Q. The movie was divided into chapters. The first to sixth chapters were divided into Kahaani, and I know that the original shoot was Kahaani. As the composition changed during the editing process, it seems that there was some editing of the filming.
A. The second half of the work took a long time as the chapter was changed to a divided structure, and it was a big task for the director. It seems that Choices has minimized confusion in communicating with the audience through video, and it seems that Kahaani can be understood more easily. The editing was a lot in the characters of Miran and Jintae, and it was hard to shoot Actor, but it could be a little bit of a sense of disenchantment because it was edited. 'Tae-Young' was slightly edited in the emotional relationship, but I think that the amount of 'Tae-Young' came out more than I thought.
Q. Who is the most compassionate character in the movie, who is the most compassionate character in person?
A. The most compassionate character is like “Middleman.” In reality, even more things happen, but the situation of “Middleman” is in contact with the most everyday life. At the end, I was very sorry for the crying of 'Jungman'.
Q. Please recommend the ambassador in the movie.
A. Youn Yuh-jung’s ambassador, “If you’re fine, you can start over.” It sounds like a cynical and irresponsible story, but by having confidence in yourself, it makes you think about whether you are Choices for yourself once again or Choices for getting out of the situation. In that sense, it is like a saying.
Q. Did you have a moment in the life of Jung Woo-sung, who wants to catch straw?
A. I talked about my childhood in various Interviews, but when I get asked that question, I think about it. I went to the first semester of high school and dropped out, and for years after that I kept looking for where to go and lay my body down. My place seems to be nowhere, and there was a time when I wanted to catch something because of vague hope and loneliness coming from there. Then he climbed on a huge lifeboat called debut, but he didn’t catch anything, even if it was vague, and he was trying to catch something close to what I dreamed of. Looking back, there were difficult times, but I did not think it was a desperate situation.
A. I can’t do anything better suddenly, and I can’t continue to do anything like the character I’ve won. Acting is another beginning, because I have to always play new stories, other characters, and I always appreciated what I was given because I had nothing from the beginning. The things I’ve been given so far are not natural. They’re grateful because they’re not. I’m not finished with the prize. I think you shouldn't be self-conscious because you have to keep your job and keep living; there's no compulsion to complete a bigger Jung Woo-sung. Even if I die tomorrow, I will live and work flexibly, as I have done so far.
Q. You also started directing and Acting.
A. It is a work called 'Protector', and I have a lot of thoughts and I am not crazy because of this work. It was not Tuppakki, which I thought was a mouthpiece, but it happened to be like this. I have only thought vaguely about how to prepare and take it, but I have never been able to put it on the camera, and there is a process of confirming it. It is an obvious plot that can be briefly introduced as a movie that protects what a man wants to keep. He is more worried about the back of characters than action.
Q. Who influenced Actor Jung Woo-sung to become director Jung Woo-sung?
A. Kim Sung-soo. He gave me the opportunity or method to participate in the work confidently. When I was in 'bit', I said, "Do you want to write a narration?" And when I saw the article I wrote, I praised it as "Wow, good!" And reflected it in the movie. I am more confident and I will continue to write something and show it to you, and it is more and more fun to write, and it seems to have expanded so.
Q. The movie, originally scheduled for release on Wednesday, has been scheduled for a new Corona virus. Is it a shame?
A. I think that it is important to meet in public places that the film should be with the public, but it is right to hope to be stabilized quickly because something has happened beyond that. Should not I be relieved by the satisfaction of the finished movie?
