The 2018 Billboard Music Awards (2018 BBMA) was held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Tuesday afternoon (local time); Mnet broadcasts exclusively live in Korea. BTS won the top social Artist award on the day, and BTS, who won the top social Artist award for the first time as a K-pop singer last year, was reportedly awarded by an overwhelming difference this year. Twitter and other figures on the Billboard website showed that the figure was more than 50 times the difference from other candidates such as Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande, which was the second consecutive year.
