The restaurant consists of a jjagali specialty restaurant on the first floor, a galbi specialty restaurant on the second floor, and a café on the third floor, and is set to officially open on the 9th.
Chef Lim announced on his Instagram that after a soft opening period from the 6th to the 8th, the restaurant will begin full-scale operations starting on the 9th. During the initial opening phase, the restaurant plans to serve customers on a first-come, first-served basis without reservations.
Chef Lim, a nationally certified master chef, rose to fame as the winner of “Korean Cuisine Battle 3.” However, he recently sparked controversy after his appearance on “The Black and White Chef” revealed that he had six prior criminal convictions.
