Hollywood star Sellema Esperanza Gomez, 29, has revealed she doesn't care about her weight.
Selena Esperanza Gomez, in a video released to TikTok on Wednesday, was fortunate to have recently become more dissatisfied with fans surrounding her body shape.
“I don’t care about my weight, because people complain about it anyway. It’s too small, too big, it doesn’t fit, and so on. I think I’m perfect as I am.”
"Of course I am trying to maintain my slim body, but I bought four tacos, three springs, onion rings and spicy chicken sandwiches in Jack in the Box."
"It is important to be perfect now, and everyone will know the lesson of this story. I recommend normal exercise for balanced health and mind," he added.
Selena Esperanza Gomez, a type of autoimmune disease, suffers from incurable disease systemic lupus, which is a side effect of the drug. In the past, some fans have applied body shaming (body shaming, body-shape criticism).
He said in a 2019 interview that he had gained weight due to his health problems.
“I have lupus, and I have kidney problems and high blood pressure,” said Esperanza Gomez. “I’ve learned more about body image since then,” he said.
Esperanza Gomez is also interested in mental health care, and launched a mental care company Wondermind with her mother, Amanda Don Mandy Tifei, in November last year.
He revealed he had been off the internet for four and a half years for his mental health.
“I haven’t done the Internet for four and a half years, I’ve completely changed my life, I’m happier,” Esperanza Gomez told Good Morning America on Monday. I am more present and more connected to people. I feel normal.”
Last year, he told InStyle that he had created a system that “didn’t know the passwords of social media accounts.” He had said he needed to focus on himself.
