At the Awards ceremony held in Santa Monica, California, this evening, BTS won the Awards in the group of the Year category, surpassing the Twenty One Pilots, Panic at the Disco and the 5 Seconds of Summer.
BTS' repackaged album title song Idol (Idol) was also decided to be a winner in the song of the year category, surpassing Ariana Grande's No Tiers Left to Cry, Sean Sam Mendes' In My Blood, and Selena Gomes' Back to You.
