According to Police on August 8, Seoul Gangnam Police Station booked Jun Young the previous day on charges of driving Drunk under the Road Traffic Act.
Jun Young is accused of driving a car on a road in Sinsa-dong, Seoul, at 1:46 am on July 7.

Police, who was dispatched to the scene at the time, measured the blood alcohol level of Jun Young and found that it was more than 0.08% of the driver's license cancellation level.

Jun Young, who made his debut as ZE:A in 2010, joined the Army in July 2020 and was discharged from the Army in January.
