Singer Young Tak seems to be facing a backlash by claiming 'sinking power'.
“As the company is known about the forces that intentionally dissent Young Tak, we will not let the artist suffer any more damage,” said Millagro, a Young Tak agency agency.
In addition, Milagro has foreseen legal action in connection with some evils. If the complaint is filed, Young Tak's attorney will be handled by Sejong, a large law firm in Korea.
Young Tak and his agency Lee Jae-Gyu took out a 'sneaking power card' behind the Music present accusation.
They claim that they organized the Young Tak Kill' plan by reporting to the media the contents of KakaoTalk messages shared with Young Tak's Music present information.
“I didn’t want to reveal this since the Music present case became known to the world,” Lee Jae-Gyu said in a The Fact interview, “because the company’s financial loss was huge because of the guilt that my fault had damaged the agency’s staff and Singer.”
The fact that Young Tak's agency pointed out the 'sneaking power' was rather counterproductive. They are not related to the Music present charge, which is already booked and investigated by the prosecution, but also point out that they are not gathering fans to 'water ride'.
In fact, the community has been criticized by netizens who point out this, while Young Tak's fans are claiming innocence by accepting the claim of "sinking power."
Apart from Young Tak's agency claims, the investigation into the Music present allegations surrounding him is expected to continue.
Police handed over the case to the prosecution on the 1st of last month for Lee Jae-Gyu, who is accused of Music present for Young Tak's song Why You Come Out There. Representative Lee Jae-Gyu also stood down and acknowledged the circumstances of playing Music present, although Young Tak said it was not related to the allegations.
Mr. A, who accused Young Tak, has challenged Young Tak for being dismissed in connection with the Music present charge. According to his claim, Young Tak was in a chat room with Falsify conspirators, including Lee Jae-Gyu, and was aware of the situation of Falsify. Mr. A defined Young Tak as a joint public conspiracy and urged the Supreme Court to reinvestigate him.
Young Tak gets the stigma of being the first Singer to be punished for violating the law (the Music Industry Promotion Act) that prohibits Music present if Lee Jae-Gyu's allegations are recognized following the disgrace of No. 1 Singer, who recognized Music present.
