Actress Ji-oh Yoon, who has been a testament to the "late Jang Ja-yeon case," has expressed her intention to respond to Kim, a former agency (The Contents) who filed a lawsuit against her.
"I will take legal action against Kim Dae-pyo's lawsuit without any lies even in order to protect the honor of Jang Ja-yeon Sister and my own honor."
Earlier, Kim filed a lawsuit against former managers of Ji-oh Yoon and Jang Ja-yeon (current CEO of TH Company) on the 2nd, claiming a total of 1 billion won in damages.
At the time, Kim's representative said, "The two men made a false interview with the media for the purpose of criminal punishment, and distorted the facts, making Kim one of the parties who provided the cause of the death of the deceased for 12 years."

Meanwhile, Ji-oh Yoon has been accused of defamation and fraud under the Information and Communication Network Act, but has not returned home since leaving for Canada in 2019. The Justice Department has launched a criminal extradition claim process against Ji-oh Yoon.
