'Monday Kyonggi Cancellation': lg Brian Wilson and Lee Min-ho and Im Chan-kyu, kia and Gwangju to go into three-game series
With the cancellation of the Jamsil-dong Hanhwa match on March 3, lg will put Tyler Brian Wilson on the first card in the third consecutive kia and Gwangju.
The twin legions were canceled on the 2nd and 3rd due to the effects of the rain, and the lg players immediately loaded themselves on the bus to Gwangju.
It is a tough August. lg is the only lg to deal with kia, Kiwoom and NC from April 4 to 21. As the competition for the middle class becomes more intense, we must overcome the difficulties of this Gwangju three consecutive games with wisdom.
“We must win rather than prepare,” said lg coach Ryu Jung-il. “We are fighting for the middle class with kia. “We have to (somehow) get through it,” he said.
Still, lg, which has been relieved of the “seven-game” burden by the Kyonggi's performance on Monday, also takes out the starting pitcher card in order. Brian Wilson, whose second straight start has been cancelled, is set to go to Kyonggi on Wednesday.
Brian Wilson, who was pointed out for his pitching form, made a difference in leg movement in set position. The first stage of 'disclosure' of the changed pitching form was changed from Jamsil-dong Hanhwa to Gwangju kia.
Lee Min-ho is set to start on the 5th and Im Chan-kyu on the 6th following Brian Wilson. Lee Min-ho and Im Chan-kyu are Chung Chan-heon and Ryu's first-half pitcher MVP.
Lee Min-ho, a rookie with a 2-win ERA of 2.00, is facing kia for the first time; Im Chan-kyu's kia appearance is his second of the season. On May 30, he was sluggish in Gwangju Kyonggi with six runs (two earned) in 413 innings.
