Actor 100 participating audio book USB will be published in the first part of next month
An audio book will be released by 100 top domestic actors, including Hye-ja Kim, Lee Yeong-ae (pictured) and Jung Woo-sung, who read World masterpieces. Communication Books will release the first round of the World masterpiece audio book, 'Reading World Literature, 100 Actors', recorded by actors on January 15 next year.
The 100 Actor World Literature is a sequel to the previously published 100 Actors, Read Our Literature, which first tied 50 works to USB memory. Tolstoy, Charles Dickens, Natsume Soseki, and other works by the East and the West, as well as the representative short stories of Nobel Prize winners such as Ernest Hemingway, Albert Camus and Hermann Hesse. You can also find early feminism works such as Virginia Woolf, Charlotte Perkins Gilman, Kate Winslet Chopin, and short stories of Asian writers such as Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Thailand.
Hye-ja Kim wrote the liner Maria Rilke's "Baby Jesus", Lee Yeong-ae wrote the short story "Desiree's Baby" by Kate Winslet Chopin, a pioneer of American feminist literature, and Jung Woo-sung wrote George Orwell's autobiographical essay "Shooting an Elephant" by "Nimal Farm" in 1984. It was strong. In addition, Son Sook read Oh Henry's Christmas Gift, Song Il-kook read James Joyce's Little Cloud, and Moon Chae-won read Thomas Hardy's Depressing German game. The total reading time of 50 works is 48 hours and 28 minutes, and a guidebook with the photographs of the readers, the works, the writers, the characters, and the readers is provided. The readers' tax is donated to the Welfare Foundation of Korean Theaters in the name of the party and used for the welfare of the theater.
