Billboards announced on the 2nd (local time) that it was the second top pick on the September 2 issue of "Billboards200" with the repackaged album "Love Yourself Resolution Answer" (LOVE YOURSELF Answer), released by BTS on the 24th of last month.
'Love Your Self' is an album that decorates the 'Love Your Self' series, which has been in the BTS for two and a half years since March 2016, and has a total of 25 songs including seven new songs and existing releases. The online music source site also released a special track of the title song "Idol" (IDOL), which pop star Nikki Minaj featured.
In a chart preview, Billboards said, "According to Nielsen Music, BTS' new album reached number one with an album figure of 185,000 in a week, of which 141,000 were recorded as real album sales."
"Love Yourself Reason Anthur" is BTS' second "Billboards200" album, which connects "Love Yourself Former Tier" (LOVE YOURSELF Tear), and BTS is not only the only K-pop singer to have won the Billboards' No. 1, but also the first two albums in Korea."
Previously, BTS was the No. 1 player in the Billboards200 with its third album 'Love Your Self' released in May. In addition, it became a foreign language album, not English, and it became the team that ranked first in 'Billboards200' in 12 years since 2006.
The full September 2 chart, which BTS ranked second on the Billboards 200, will be posted on the Billboards website on September 5, a day later than usual due to the International Workers' Day holiday on September 3.
BTS, which delivered another repercussion, will continue its "Love Yourself" (LOVE YOURSELF) tour at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on the 5th.
