Inspiration Spring, the agency founded by Evil community (AKMU), has unveiled an unconventional welfare system that includes a four-day workweek and recognizes exercise time as work hours. Kian84 expressed his surprise on the YouTube channel Life84 after visiting the company run by Lee Chan-hyuk and Lee Su-hyun to observe the employees' working environment and unique job title system.
The company recruited all its employees through scouting, with half of them coming from their former agency, YG Entertainment. Notably, they operate a unique corporate culture where all employees are given the title "Inspiration" and addressed by their last names.
Additionally, Lee Su-hyun shared an update on her current situation, revealing that she is undergoing a healthy diet with the help of her older brother, Lee Chan-hyuk. Despite having already lost 30kg, Lee Su-hyun announced her goal to lose an additional 7kg.
AKMU’s Unique Corporate Culture
After establishing their own agency following their departure from YG Entertainment, siblings Lee Chan-hyuk and Lee Su-hyun have implemented a distinct workplace culture. The company features a four-day work week and designates Tuesdays as a mandatory exercise day, which is fully counted as working hours.
Creative Staffing at 'Inspiration'
The agency, visited by Kian84 on his YouTube channel 'Life84', utilizes a unique naming convention where all employees hold the title of 'Inspiration'. Many of the staff members were recruited from the duo's former label, YG Entertainment, to join the new venture.
