Singer and actor Lee Ji-hoon shared an update on his current appearance, showing off his fuller face.
On the 7th, his wife Ayane posted a video on her Instagram Story with the caption, "As long as my husband is happy, that's all that matters..."
In the video, Lee Ji-hoon is seen showing his wife some lobster meat and enjoying it. Regarding Lee Ji-hoon’s fuller cheeks, Ayane explained, “He’s put on a bit of weight while building muscle.”
Earlier, Lee Ji-hoon recently apologized regarding various controversies stemming from his so-called "no-salt parenting" approach. On the 27th, he posted on social media, saying, "As a parent, I should have been more careful," and bowed his head, adding, "I sincerely apologize for causing disappointment and inconvenience to many people due to the daycare-related issues."
The "salt-free parenting" controversy arose after Ayane expressed concerns on social media about her daughter’s life at the daycare center. Ayane posted about her daughter eating vitamin candies at daycare, writing, “It was a shock since we’re still practicing ‘no-salt’ parenting.” However, she faced criticism for being reckless, as the candies were vitamin supplements and she had brought the issue to public attention via social media rather than addressing it directly with the facility.
Lee Ji-hoon joined the conversation, writing, “Our Ru-hee is salt-free (and doesn’t even dye her hair),” adding, “I’m sorry for making a big deal out of it,” which led some netizens to criticize him for “engaging in a battle of wills.”
Meanwhile, the couple overcame a 14-year age gap to tie the knot in 2021. Ayane is currently pregnant with their second child.
