According to the prosecution, Brother Park handed over four passbooks of resident registration card, seal stamp, official certificate, and Park Soo-hong, and arbitrarily used 2.895 billion won over 381 times from 2011 to 2019. In addition, a total of 6.17 billion won was seized from Park Soo-hong, including 1.17 billion won for real estate purchase, 90 million won for unauthorized use of other funds, 90 million won for Agency credit card use, and 2.9 billion won for Park Soo-hong's personal account. In addition, Park Soo-hong is accused of using the attorney's fee to withdraw 15 million won and 22 million won from Park Soo-hong's deposit account in April and October last year when he was sued by Park Soo-hong.
