Girls' Generation Jessica Jung is reported to be appearing in the China Girl Group Survival Entertainment, and online is buzzing.
On the 11th (local time), several Chinese media reported that Jessica Jung will appear in Season 3 of the China entertainment Duckweed. This is a survival entertainment that 30 female entertainers gather to re-develop into a girl group through training and mission.
Jessica Jung, who made her debut with the girl group Girls' Generation in August 2007, was loved in Asia as well as in Korea. However, in September 2014, he suddenly announced his withdrawal from the team and acted as the chief designer of his fashion brand.
Two years later, he returned to the stage with a solo new song. In 2020, he recently announced an autobiographical novel 'Shine' that depicts the story of a Korean-American girl, Rachel Kim, who dreams of a K-pop star.
However, controversy arose last year when Jessica Jung's fashion company, operated by a public Couple Tyler, was reportedly involved in a debt lawsuit worth 8 billion won. It also heard news of the loss in 2019 after being sued by China's agency for breach of contract.
Nevertheless, Jessica Jung seems to have concluded a dispute in July last year. As a result, it has become possible to appear in Season 3 of Duckweed, local media said. Although the production team has not announced its official lineup yet, it is poised to raise the expectation of domestic and foreign fans.
In addition to Jessica Jung, Seol Gye-gi, Ho Haeng-ah, Living Bing, and Wang Sim-reung were also on the list for their appearance in Season 3 of Duckweed. In the previous season, Yongjoa, Jang Baekji, and Yang Seung-rim came out and gathered a great deal of topics.
