Amal Rosemary Clooney, 44, wife of 17-year-old human rights lawyer to Hollywood star George Rosemary Clooney, 61, has revealed satisfaction with her marriage.
"The marriage was great," he told Time Magazine on Monday.
“My husband George Rosemary Clooney is incredibly inspirational and powerful; we have a house full of love and laughter,” he said.
They are raising four-year-old twins Ella and Alexander.
“It’s more joy than I could have imagined,” he said. “I think I’m so lucky to find great love in my life and to be a mother. This is how I balance it.”
George Rosemary Clooney has also praised Mrs.
In his WTF podcast with Mark Marron in 2021, he said, "My wife is the most extraordinary, smart and beautiful woman I have ever met. I didn’t want to get married and I didn’t want to have children, and then this particular person walked into my life, and I fell in love like crazy.”
“I thought everything would be different from the moment I met her,” he said.
George Rosemary Clooney married actor Talia Balsam in 1989, then divorced in 1993, and had no children between the two.
Amal Rosemary Clooney, a Lebanese-British human rights lawyer, moved to the UK with his family, graduated from Oxford University and New York University Law School, and is a human rights lawyer.
