In the 52nd episode of KBS 2TV weekend Drama Shinto and Lady (the last episode/playplayplay by Kim Sa-kyung/directed by Shin Chang-seok), which aired on March 27, Ana Kim (Lee Il-hwa) died before undergoing pancreatic cancer surgery.
On the same day, Anna Kim's death was drawn. "Thank you," Anna Kim told Lee Young-guk (Ji Hyun-woo). “We ask for our Dandan,” he said, asking his daughter, Park Dandan (Lee Se-hee), and said, “Thank you,” to Cha Yeon-sil (Oh Hyun-kyung), who raised Park Dandan. “I’ll be there when Dandan gets married and has a baby.”
Anna Kim asked Park Soo-chul (Lee Jong-won) to allow her daughters, Park Dan-dan and Lee Young-guk, to love her, saying, "I am so sorry and thank you, and listen to what I asked you to do, okay? It's my last request." After Anna Kim died, Park Soo-chul allowed her daughter Park Dan-dan to marry Lee Young-guk. At the end of the broadcast, Park Dan-dan and Lee Young-guk's wedding ceremony was held and a happy ending was completed.
In the unpublished epilogue video released on the official website after the broadcast, Anna Kim's daughter Park Dan-dan and her ex-husband Park Soo-cheol, as well as Park Soo-cheol, who raised Park Dan-dan, were also portrayed.
