Singer and Actor Park Yoochun from the group JYJ recently filed a lawsuit for damages.
According to the entertainment industry on August 8, Jespera, who was entrusted with exclusive management authority for Park Yoochun, recently filed a lawsuit against Park Yoochun.
Yespera is a company that has been entrusted with exclusive management authority by 2024 from Park Yoochun's former agency, Liceelo.
However, as Park Yoochun violated the contract and was claimed to be in contact with a third person, Jespera filed an injunction against Park Yoochun last year for broadcasting and entertainment activities, and the court cited it.
"Park Yoo-cheon ignored the decision to quote the disposition, and he has been performing online concerts and recently entered Thailand and is about to perform," said Chae-woom, a lawyer for Jespera.
In the meantime, Park Yoochun added, "Park Yoochun is doing illegal acts that violate the exclusive management authority with the company that A is representative of, and the damage caused by it is serious."
Park Yoo-cheon, who has been controversial several times due to drug use and retirement reversal, has been at the center of controversy again as he is engaged in entertainment activities, ignoring the court's decision to dispose of the drug.
