Hyowon CNC, a commerce company known as Song Ji-ah's agency, was sued for 300 million won. The complainant and former member of Haemophilus in Choi Seok-young claimed that Hyowon CNC deceived the sales cost to him in selling e-commerce products and did not properly settle the difference.
Choi Seok-young said in a solo interview with '' on the 13th, "Hyowon CNC has inflated its own product cost and set the Revenue opaquely. “When the complaint was filed, the legal representative of the other side said that the damage of HYUNG CNC is estimated to be about 10 billion won, and he also urged the government to agree to 100 million won,” he said.
“I decided to make a public opinion because I was worried that there were many cases of damage like me, which is a lot of Haemophilus in,” he said.
On March 15, last year, Choi filed a lawsuit against Hyowon CNC (Hyowon Commerce), claiming to terminate the exclusive contract. It is argued that Hyowon CNC cheated on the cost of the product and did not pay the difference in the Settlement amount during the sale of the e-commerce product.
According to the director, Hyowon CNC decided to set aside 5 to 5 of Revenue except product cost from Choi Seok-young in sales of e-commerce products and distribution of Revenue, but did not disclose product cost transparently. Choi claimed that the cost (cost, supply price, courier fee, etc.) of each product was overcalculated and demanded the basis for calculation, but Hyowon CNC refused to provide the data, saying, Some of the data are not authorized to be read by Choi, and the rest of the data came out as silent answers. In addition, Choi claims that Hyowon CNC violated privacy and violated personality rights, along with the termination of the exclusive contract, and claims for unpaid Settlement payments.
On the other hand, Hyowon CNC filed a claim for damages of 42 million won against Choi Seok-young on November 19 last year. Choi Seok-young unilaterally notified the termination of the contract even though there was no reason for the fault, and demanded the damages, saying that he was obliged to pay 30 million won in accordance with the exclusive contract punishment regulations because he had already received 10 million won in down payment.
Q. After his first contract in 2018, he renewed his contract with a down payment of 10 million won in 2019. I have been sued in four years, but I have been informed that I have a problem with Settlement by deceiving the cost.
A. At the time of the contract, I was in my twenties and had no experience in social life. Both Kim Hyo-jin and Kang Ye-won told me to call me "sister." I did not even know that it was a poor Settlement paper and followed it.
Q. How did you know that Hyowon CNC deceived the cost?
A. I didn’t know at first. Later I had to run a food brand myself, but something was wrong. When I visited the production plant of Hyowon CNC and asked for the cost, there was a significant difference between the actual cost and the cost announced by Hyowon CNC. Hyowon CNC has sold more than 1 billion won in sales over the past four years, but there were many things that I did not get properly. As soon as I realized this, I protested to Kim Hyo-jin by e-mail or Katok and asked for data on Settlement money, but I was stubbornly unable to give unrelated data or buy invoices. Since then, I have never given the grounds that Settlement has been right.
Q. Did you contact the representative Kang Ye-won or Kim Hyo-jin after the complaint?
A. I haven’t heard from him since the complaint, but when I sent the press a tip-off after deciding to make it public, I contacted the representative Kang Ye-won on the same day. He said, Why are you doing this to me? And he said, “Numbers can’t lie. They’ll be revealed.” It was ridiculous. He also drew the line, saying, “I am not responsible for myself because I am not in charge of the work.” Kim Hyo-jin had no contact at all.
Q. Did the HYUNG CNC respond after that?
A. I have been contacted by my legal representative. If all my claims are based on false facts and this fact is known to the media, Hyowon's estimated damage is more than 10 billion won, and the part about Kang Ye-won (though it cannot be revealed) is also a clear false fact, which is expected to cause huge damage to Kang Ye-won. “It’s too much to pay more than 300 million for what HYUNG CNC and Kang Ye-won didn’t do,” he said. “Why don’t we discuss it at about 100 million?” If it wasn’t done, I would be proud, but I don’t understand why we’re going to discuss it.
Q. What if I say one last thing?
A. Hyowon CNC acknowledges that Settlement has not become transparent over the past four years and hopes to disclose other brand purchase statements transparently. And I want to pay what I have not received so far, and to compensate for mental damage.
