Rapper NO:EL (real name Jang Yong-joon, 21), who was accused of refusing to comply and assaulting Police when he was asked to measure drinking by Police while driving unlicensed, was eventually arrested.
The judge of the Seoul Central District Court, Moon Sung-gwan, issued an arrest warrant for NO:EL on December 12, saying, "Crime charges are called and there is a possibility of fleeing." As a result, the Seoul Seocho Police Department placed NO:EL in the detention center.
NO:EL first announced its face through Mnet's "High Rapper Season 1" in 2017 and received attention because it was the son of a member of the National Assembly of Chang Jae-won.
