NO:EL was 'drunk and drove at the time', 'why did you refuse to measure drinking', 'Do you have anything to say about committing a crime during the Probation period', 'Do you have anything to say before the investigation', and went on the scene in a convoy consistently in silence.
In particular, the police applied the so-called 'Troll Protection Act', which strengthened the punishment for drunken driving by being caught more than twice, such as refusing to drink or measure drunk driving in the arrest warrant of NO:EL.
NO:EL was sentenced to two years in prison for one year and six months in prison for allegedly driving a motorcycle ahead of him and replacing a driver in June last year.
NO:EL was driving a Mercedes vehicle unlicensed at 10:30 pm on September 18 at Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, and then had a contact with another car. After a Super Wings police officer demanded a breath test and identification, he was charged with refusing and assaulting a police officer.
NO:EL did not attend the questioning of the suspect (the warrant review) before the arrest held at the Seoul Central District Court on the 12th, saying, "I will give up the warrant review with apology."
