lg has taken the first leg of the doubleheader with a one-run back-to-back seven-inning run by rookie starter Lee Min-ho (19).
lg won 3-1 in the first round of double header against sk at Jamsil Stadium in Seoul on November 11.
Right-hander Lee Min-ho scored one run with 6Hit 7 strikeouts in seven innings, scoring his second win (1 loss) of the season. Seven innings were the most inning tie in a professional debut and the number of pitches was the highest since his debut; the previous highest number of pitches was 100 (seven innings) thrown in the Jamsil Samsung Lions game on the 2nd.
Lee Min-ho allowed one Hit to sk Choi Ji-hoon and Jamie Lomac in the first inning, but did not make any additional runs. He sent out one runner in the second and third innings, but did not score, and the fourth and fifth rounds were blocked by a three-way walk. He was pushed to the first and second bases in the sixth inning, but then three batters were struck out and struck out.
Lee Min-ho sent sk Chung-hyun out with a fit ball after two outs in the seventh; although he had already filled 100 pitches, lg left Lee Min-ho with one more Hitter. Lee Min-ho finished the mission after catching the next batter, No Su-kwang, with a second baseman grounder; a tight 1-1 balance continued, but Lee Min-ho remained focused until the end.
The lg batting average, which had only one point in the seventh inning, responded with a score on the youngest Lee Min-ho. After two outs in the seventh inning, Chae Eun-sung walked on and Roberto Ramos shot a two-point homer to give Lee Min-ho a victory pitcher.
Jin Hae-soo and Jung Woo-young, who received the ball, kept the team's victory by blocking the remaining two innings without a run.
“We thought Lee Min-ho could throw up to 110 pitches,” lg coach Ryu Joong-il praised, “and threw seven innings perfectly enough to rave about it.”
