J. Y. Park and Jeon So-nee were transformed into college students in the 1990s and expressed their unique sensibility more than 25 years ago in TVN's new Saturday, "In the Mood for Love - the moment when life becomes a flower" (playplay by Jeon Hee-young/directed Son Jung-hyun/produced main factory, Studio Dragon/hereinafter, In the Mood for Love).
In the Mood for Love is the last love letter that Jaehyun (Yoo Ji-tae) and JiSoo (Lee Bo-young) who met again after a beautiful first love and everything changed. Along with the story that crosses the past and the present, the story of the 1990s youths who stimulate nostalgia will have a different fun.
J. Y. Park (played by Jaehyun in the past) said, "It was difficult to understand the situation of the times at first," and that it was not easy to draw a Character from the days that I had never actually experienced. But he said, “Even then, I still thought that the desire and love for change were the same context as what people do.” He tried to understand the insider of the Character first and melt into the times to express the burning passion and pure love of Jaehyun.
“At first, I focused on describing Character externally, but I gradually became immersed in the mental and behavioral changes of JiSoo,” said Jeon So-nee (played by JiSoo in the past). "The background of the times is important, but I thought deeply about the life of JiSoo, who has just entered college and met up with love. Here, she was able to receive emotional help thanks to her careful and realistic background, such as sets and props. "With her own color, expectations for the emotions of the 1990s are growing.
J. Y. Park and Jeon So-nee will express the emotions of the life of college students and the retro sensibility of unique charm that they have not experienced before, and will create empathy that encompasses generations.
