The actual Landlord of the Chief Justice shop purchased by Park Seo-joon in the play was Singer Jungyup.
According to the real estate industry, Jungyup purchased and remodeled a building (82.9m2 of land area and 201.24m2), which was a house in 2015, and operated it as a cafe. It was reported that the building was sold to a man in his 30s last summer, and he bought it for 800 million won and sold it back for 2.2 billion won in July last year.
This place, which is famous for Jungyup Cafe' in the area, is located in Huam-dong, which is called 'liberation village' rather than Chief Justice.
The production team of Itaewon Klath reportedly took a photo for the cafe for about a month. In 'Itaewon Clath', Park Seo-joon (Park Sae-roi) is forced out of the existing rental building under the pressure of Yoo Jae-myung (Jang Dae-hee), and the building will be purchased entirely in order not to suffer from Landlord anymore. Park Seo-joon remodeled the building and renovated the 'short night' tank.
