Sehun (real name Oh Sehun, 25) of the boy group EXO became Landlord when he bought the Sangdo-dong station area building in his name for 3.35 billion won.
According to the real estate industry yesterday (16th), Sehun paid the balance in November after signing a six-story station area building (the land area of 199.60m2 and the total floor area of 705.33m2), which is 1 floor above ground, for 3.35 billion won in September.
According to the Eight Building Real Estate Brokerage Corporation, the building Sehun purchased is located on the side of Sangdo station Tax Area, which is a building with good visibility and low risk of vacancy.
“The building has a floor area of 291.89% and 41.89% (about 25.23 pyeong) gain compared to the courtroom floor area rate of 250%,” said an Eight Building official. “The Lotte Castle apartment in Sangdo station area is expected to move in 2021 and will support the generation behind it.”
Previously, EXO member Chanyeol also appeared in an entertainment program and said that he became a Landlord. Chanyeol confessed, “I’m making money from my own investment rather than my personal activities; I became Landlord two months ago.”
