Police in Gyeonggi Province announced on February 15 that they had Song site for prosecution of two people on charges of defamation and insult under the Information and Communication Network Act.
According to Police, one of the two is suspected of posting unfounded articles such as 'Song Hye-kyo giant Chinese sponsor' on a blog during the divorce legal process with Actor Song Jung-ki in June.
At the same time, another person is accused of insulting them by putting various evils on the article at the time of the report on the divorce of Song Hye-kyo.
Earlier on July 25, Song Hye-kyo's agency UAA said it had filed a complaint against rumors distributors after collecting evidence for blatant slander and abuse.
Song Hye-kyo married Song Jung-ki, who met as an actor in the drama "Dawn of the Sun" in 2016, in October 2017, but she was broke up in a year and nine months.
