According to United States of America entertainment media including Variety on the 19th (local time), BTS, Black Pink, NCT 127, and EXO were nominated for the awards ceremony's The Choice The International The Artist category.
BTS won the award for the second consecutive year last year, and it is aiming for three consecutive victories this year.
Of the six candidates for The Choice The International The Artist, four teams are K-pop groups except for the Latin American band CNCO and the British group Little Mix.
BTS is nominated for The Choice Collaboration by Boy With Luv for Small Things Featured by pop star Halsey, and competes with Ed Sheeran X Justin Bieber's Child Don Care.
Black Pink's DDU-DU DDU-DU was nominated for The Choice Song: Group.
In the film category, Avengers: Endgame and Aladdin were nominated for nine and five categories, respectively.
The Teen The Choice Awards, which celebrates its 21st anniversary this year, is an awards ceremony for 13 to 19-year-old Teenagers to select The Artists, actors and sports stars who have played in various fields such as music, film, broadcasting and sports. The vote will be until the 25th. The awards ceremony will take place on August 11th.
