Song Joong-ki mentioned her marriage in an interview with the recently released fashion magazine Esquire.
“I don’t think (with marriage) that love is over,” said Song Joong-ki, who married Song Hye-kyo in October last year.
“I’ve heard of a man who’s been drinking with his respectful brother and that it’s fateful to have a wife who can love for the rest of his life,” Song Joong-ki said. “I think the best thing The Sessions can do is to love their own woman.”
“Being rich and getting honor may be important, but I think it’s the most beautiful thing that The Sessions can do to love their woman beautifully and unwaveringly,” he added.
"I think I'm still in love," he said, "honestly my wife is so beautiful," he said, expressing his affection for Song Hye-kyo.
The two have developed into lovers after appearing together in the KBS drama The Sun's Descendants, which aired in 2016. The two men have been constantly raising their enthusiasm since the end of the drama, but they repeatedly denied it.
The two then married on October 31 last year at a Hotel in Seoul.
Meanwhile, Song Joong-ki, who has a rest for about a year without work activity since the movie The Battleship Island, which was released in July last year, will return to work through tvN's Asdal Chronicle (Gase), which is scheduled to air next year.
Song Hye-kyo will also be working with Park Bo-gum on TVN's Boyfriend, which is scheduled to air in November.
