Park Hyung-sik hit Danger
In the 5th KBS 2TV drama Suits', which was broadcast on the 9th, Miniforce Seok (Jang Dong-gun) was shown to proceed with two lawSuits at the same time.
On the same day, Miniforce will take over the lawsuit of Kim Dae-pyo, the husband of Kang Ha-yeon (Jin Hee-kyung) and representative of Yumi Pharmaceutical. Kim was involved in a lawsuit against patients who died of Lou Gehrig's disease.
Kang could not take the case against Kim because of the class action lawSuits of Nokshi Chemical Victims, but a lawyer named David Kim came to Korea from Nokshi Chemical headquarters.
David Kim wanted to deal with Miniforce, not Kang Ha-yeon. Miniforce decided to take on the Knox Chemical case after David Kim provoked the Moot court during Harvard.
Miniforce Seok proceeded with two lawSuits at the same time, and Assault, Park Hyung-sik, was also busy. While Ko had to prepare for the Moot court, he also started investigating David Kim with the direction of Miniforce.
David Kim offered to pay 10 million won to the Noxy Chemical Victims, who were always one step ahead of the Miniforce seat.
Ko Yeon-woo gave a opinion to Miniforce that he should do it in a way that is not Miniforce style. Miniforce said he was worried that Victims would be shaken and that he would use company funds for Kang Ha-yeon.
Ko Yeon-woo told Kang Ha-yeon that he had reached an agreement through prior consultation on the day of the Moot court, but the lawyer said that he had broken his promise to Ko Yeon-woo and was ready for all statements. Kang Ha-yeon asked Ko Yeon-woo if he had an agreement.
Ko did not write an agreement with his lawyer. Kang confirmed that there was no agreement and proceeded with the Moot court.
