Actor Uee has confirmed her appearance as the heroine of the SF8 series Kenneth Tsang Kong Pod.
SF8, which is produced by Sufilm in cooperation with mbc, the Korean Film Directors' Association (DGK), and wave, is a story of humans dreaming of a complete society through technological development in the near future. It is a Korean version of the OLizynal SF Anthology series.
Uee will co-work with Choi Siwon in the role of supporting the heroine of the film Kenneth Tsang Kong Pod directed by Oh Ki-hwan, the director of the film 'The Work'. The work is a romantic comedy that depicts the process of men and women who meet through VR (virtual reality) making love even in real life.
Uee received a favorable reception with the audience's hot love through KBS2's "One Only My Only" Kim Do-ran, which was popular in March last year, and won the Women's Excellence Prize in the 2018 KBS Acting Grand Prize. Recently, he has been attracting attention as a frank character in Channel A entertainment 'A Airplane Ride 2', which contains crew challengers.
The director's version of 'SF8' will be released on wave in July, and two OLizynal versions will be broadcast on mbc in August next month for four weeks.
