Hong Kong's South China Morning Post said on May 5 that Song Joong-ki will demolish the Hannam-dong house in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. The media added that Song Joong-ki plans to demolish the house and build a single-family house with three floors underground and two floors above ground, and will be completed by the end of June next year.
