'The beasts who want to catch even straw' is a hard-boiled crime drama of ordinary humans planning the worst of the worst to take the last chance of life, the money bag.
Jeon Do-yeon played the role of 'play', which erases the past and covets others to live a new life. "It was as intense as an interesting title, and I thought that other titles, other than 'animals who want to catch a straw', could not represent the characters in the play," said Jeon Do-yeon.
Jung Woo-sung is divided into 'Taeyoung', who dreams of a hantang due to debt debt due to his lover who disappeared. Jung Woo-sung said, "Despite the emergence of many characters, it is a story that can feel the commonality of the cross section of humans."
Bae Seong-woo, who plays the most 'jungman' role in continuing his family's livelihood as a part-time job, said, "I was expecting a tense scenario that did not know a step ahead."
Youn Yuh-jung, who lost his memory, explained the movie as "a woven story that resembles our lives."
In addition to Jeon Do-yeon, Jung Woo-sung, Bae Seong-woo, and Youn Yuh-jung, the film also includes Jung Man-sik, Jin Kyung, Shin Hyun Bin, Jung Garam, Park Ji Hwan, Kim Jun Han and Heo Dong Won. It's scheduled for release next February.
