Actor Go Min-si says he travels Yoga from 4am to calm his anger
Actor Hwang Bora and Go Min-si appeared as guests on sbs entertainment program Running Man' broadcast on the 27th.
Go Min-si revealed she had not slept the day before her appearance on Running Man'. Running Man panels thought Go Min-si was nervous with his first entry appearance, but were surprised to find out that Go Min-si had been to Yoga since dawn.
"I go to Yoga because I'm angry, so I went to Yoga academy at 4 a.m.," Go Min-si said, explaining that "when you release energy, you sink your anger."
Ji Suk-jin pointed out, "Do you come out or do you have a hard time?"
Yoo Jae-Suk said, "I am sleeping in the Yoga mat the day before because I would be late if the teacher went home."
Actor Go Min-si made his debut in 2016 with the web drama '72 Seconds TV'. Since then, he has shown his talents in both starring and directing in the movie "Planet Novel", and has appeared in the movie "Witch", "Set Play", drama "Live" and "Like If You Like It is loved by viewers.
