The 2019 Korea Popular Culture and Arts Awards ceremony was held at the Olympic Hall in Bangi-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of the 30th.

The Eungwan Cultural Medal is awarded by Kim Hye-ja and Yang Hee-eun. The Presidential Commendation will be awarded by six people (team) including Yeom Jung-ah, Bae Cheol-soo, band spring and summer autumn winter, Voice actor Kim Ki-hyun, choreographer Seo Byung-gu, and film director Hong Kyung-pyo. Eight prime minister commendations were selected, including Kim Wan-sun, Kim Nam-gil, Kim Seo-hyung, Han Ji-min, Song Eun-yi, Sung Woo Lee Jung-gu, performer Ham Chun-ho and Drama director Cho Hyun-tak.
