Jung Woo-sung - Lee Ha-nui selects MC for opening ceremony of 24th Busan International Film Festival
Actor Jung Woo-sung and Lee Ha-nui will host the opening ceremony of the 24th Busan International Film Festival.
On May 5, the Busan International Film Festival said, "We selected Jung Woo-sung and Lee Ha-nui as the opening ceremony hosts."
Jung Woo-sung, the 25th year of debut, became a young star in 1997 as a movie "Bit" following the 1994 movie "Gumiho". Since then, he has been active in the films such as 'Easer in My Head', 'Good Guy, Bad Guy, Weird Guy', 'Asura', 'Steel Rain', Drama 'Athena: Goddess of War' and 'Paddam Padam'.
This year, he received the Grand Prize and the Acting Grand Prize from the movie 'Witness' to the 39th Golden Shooting Awards ceremony following the 55th Baeksang Arts Awards with authentic acting. Currently, Jung Woo-sung is scheduled to meet with audiences through the movie "The Animals Who Want to Hold the Spray" and the movie "The Summit" which is being filmed.
Lee Ha-nui debuted to Miss Korea Jean in 2006, and then appeared in various genres and characters, including Drama 'Shark', 'Modern Farmer', 'Yeonggashi', 'Taja - Hand of God' and 'Burader'. This year, he collected 10 million viewers with the movie 'Extreme Job' and led the popularity of SBS Drama 'Fever Blood Priest'. Lee Ha-nui is preparing to enter Hollywood by signing a management contract with William Morris Endeavour, the largest agency in the United States, and Artist International Group, a veteran management company, respectively.
The opening ceremony of the 24th Busan International Film Festival will be held at the Busan Film Hall outdoor theater at 7 pm on March 3rd.
