Yangjurip Art Creation Studio 777 Residence will hold Han Ji-min's 'shadow on the Moon' exhibition from the 777 Gallery on the 3rd floor until September 1.
Lee Jung-joo, director of culture and tourism, said on July 24, "We will be able to appreciate the artist's unique work and world view through 20 recent works by Han Ji-min, who appeared in Tian Shi."
This Tian Shi solves the Feeling caused by the change and loss of life that continues at the moment with mythical fantasy and everyday story. Han Ji-min has expressed deep-rooted Feelings such as fear or desire of individuals.
Han Ji-min writes the way to face it in Tian Shi's work, starting with the question of unstable Feeling without a direct object like the sense of delight felt in everyday life.
In particular, it shows the time and narrative that occurs on the screen with the extinction method drawing using 'Linocut (a convex print technique that draws on a linoleum plate, digs it into a sculpture, and prints ink on a roller)' which is being tried from the end of 2018.
Tian Shi viewing hours are from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (closed at 5:00 pm), and admission is free.
On the other hand, Yangjurip Art Creation Studio 777 Residence holds the relay Personal of the artist every year, and this year, it has held the Personal of 6 artists every month since May.
