sm Entertainment, a subsidiary company, announced on August 29 that "Chen is preparing for his second solo album with the aim of releasing in early October."
Earlier, Chen released his first mini album, April, and Flower, and debuted as a solo singer on April 1.
Chen, who has enjoyed a hot popularity both at home and abroad due to his EXO completeness and EXO unit Chen Bagshi activities since his debut, swept the top of the domestic and overseas music charts as his first solo album, including the title song Beautiful Goodbye. Expectations are gathered on what emotions will be heard through the second solo album.
