Running Man received court sanctions from the Broadcasting and Communications Review Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Korea Communications Commission). The Korea Communications Commissions Broadcasting Review Subcommittee (Chairman Huh Mi-sook) held a meeting at Mokdong Broadcasting Hall in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul on December 12 and decided to propose a court sanction on the second part of SBS entertainment program Running Man that broadcasts the contents that could justify sexual harassment of the performers. In the second part of Running Man broadcast on August 26, Actor Lee Kwang-soo took off the pants of singer Kim Jong Kook hanging on the iron bar and revealed his underwear. Also, with the caption I do that difficult again and (the front seat of the iron bar) is an unexpected masterpiece, singer Noh Sa-yeon said, I didnt see it.I cant even be lucky, he said. The Broadcasting Review Committee pointed out, Even if it was an incident that occurred while playing the game in the entertainment program, we broadcast the behavior that is likely to be sexual hazard without filtering.Even though the broadcaster pointed out the problem in its own deliberation, it did not take appropriate measures such as editing, and the program repeatedly violated the deliberation regulations, so the willingness to improve seems low.Recommendation or Presentation of Opinion is an administrative guidance that is issued when the degree of violation of the relevant regulations of broadcasting deliberation is minor. The subcommittee consisting of five members of the deliberation committee is finalized and the broadcasting company is not subject to legal disadvantage. On the other hand, if the degree of violation of the related regulations of broadcasting deliberation is serious, the penalty surcharge or legal sanctions will be finalized at a general meeting consisting of all the members of the deliberation committee (9 members) according to the recommendation of the subcommittee. If terrestrial, news, general, and home shopping PPs are subject to penalties or legal sanctions, TVN (Korea Communications Commission) will receive a deduction.
