The group BTS also swept the Japanese Oricon charts following the US Billboardss and UK official charts.
"BTS' new album 'Map of the Sol: Persona' has topped the digital album rankings in the first week of sales in Japan," said Oricon of Japan.
Oricon said, "It is the fourth top after Love Your Self-Resolution Anser, which ranked first in the digital album rankings last September."
