TV Asahi Music Station' said on its official website on the 8th, "The T-shirt design worn by BTS members caused a stir. “We have been asking about the intention of wearing the clothes and having been in talks with our agency, and as a result, we decided to postpone this appearance,” he said, adding that BTS’ appearance was canceled a day earlier.
The reason for the cancellation of BTS appearances was that Jimin mentioned the T-shirt he wore: Jimin was wearing a Liberation Day design costume, which Extreme right forces criticized.
BTS' agency Big Hit Entertainment said on the website of Japan's official fan club, "BTS will not be able to appear on TV Asahi Music Station' scheduled for September 9.
