The 2018 South Korea Public Cultural Revolution Art Award ceremony, a government award system to encourage the efforts and achievements of popular Cultural Revolution artists, was held at the Olympic Hall in Songpa-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of the 24th.
BTS was the first and youngest idol singer to receive Cultural Revolution decoration (Hwakwan). It was a place where the government properly recognized the achievements and values of BTS, which set a new milestone in the development of the Korean Wave and spread our language and our Cultural Revolution.
Unlike other awards, Cultural Revolution decoration was awarded to all seven members, not BTS teams. RM (24 and real name Kim Nam-joon), Suga (25 and Min Yun-ki), Jin (26 and Kim Seok-jin), J-hop (24 and Jeong Ho-seok), Jimin (23 and Park Jimin), Bu (23 and Kim Tae-hyung), Jungkook (21 and former Jungkook) received a decoration from the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Do Jong-hwan.
By convention, it was not easy for BTS to receive the government's Cultural Revolution decoration. BTS's achievements are fully recognised, but Cultural Revolution decoration cannot give more than six people a year. BTS alone, with seven members, exceeds the decoration capacity; BTS also falls short of the decoration award requirement. However, in this situation, the government seems to have demonstrated Solomon's wisdom to make BTS' decoration award special.
group singers, not individuals, will usually receive awards given to the team, but the decoration was meaningful to each BTS member as it was a merchant for the individual. Every time I received the award and talked about the award, the shouts and cheers of the 'Ami' continued.
Everyone gave a speech, and all the members were more nervous when they received the award under their own name.
The BTS's award testimony was cool in two ways: one is the balance problem in which members speak each of the awards, and the other is the award testimony.
At the usual awards ceremony or talk show, talk is led by RM, who is a leader and speaks English well. Elsewhere, it was good that RM spoke a lot, and it was good that RM spoke less on this day.
Leader RM said briefly, "I want to give this honor to Ami, and today the members will talk a lot." I felt a sense of consideration to make other members more prominent.
Jin said, "I am proud that many foreigners sing along with Korean songs and study Korean a lot. “I’ll try to make our Cultural Revolution more public.” “I don’t know how to express myself now. I’m proud of it. “It’s a good day for the Amies,” Suga said. “I will make South Korea known with the heart of the national representative.”
Jimin said, "My heart is likely to be Explosion because my leader brother (RM) is in front of me and comes out. It is meaningful to make it with us, company staff managers, and fans. This award is up to you. "
Jungkook said, “It’s an honor to be awarded a pricey prize. I honestly think this is an overqualified award for us. But I am grateful to the Ami who always likes it, because they are the prizes that have given me to try and do more in the future. “We will contribute to the more promotion of Korean Cultural Revolution in World,” he said.
“I’ve been writing the word ‘hope for BTS’, and it’s an honor that we’re really becoming the hope of a popular Revolution. The Cultural Revolution decoration is never light. Many staff members, the blood and sweat of BTS, and the shouts of former World Ami, I love you! "
On the other hand, at the awards ceremony, the Cultural Revolution decoration was received by actor Lee Soon-jae, singer and producer Kim Min-ki, and singer Cho Dong-jin. Cultural Revolution decoration was won by actor Kim Young-ok, conductor and composer Kim Jung-taek, and broadcasting writer Kim Ok-young.
The Presidential Award was received by seven people including singer Shim Soo-bong Yoon Sang, actor Kim Nam-joo, comedy actor Yoo Jae-seok, voice actor Lee Kyung-ja, model Kim Dong-soo, and sound designer late Kim Beal-rae. The prime minister was awarded to eight people including Choi Jin-hee, comedian Kim Sook, actor Kim Joo-hyuk, Son Ye-jin Lee Sun-gyun, MC Jeon Hyun-moo and Sung Woo Kang Hee-sun. The minister of Culture Revolution Sports and Tourism was awarded to rock band Kookkasten, actor Kim Tae-ri, group red velvet, comedy Park Na-rae, and Sungwoo Lee Sun.
